An app for the figures that go into a paper, on Mac and iPad. Support and privacy, on one page.
Write to softwareone.support@gmail.com. What helps most: what you were plotting, what the app did instead, and the version number from PlotOne ▸ About PlotOne on a Mac, or the More menu ▸ About PlotOne on an iPad.
The app has a built-in guide: Help ▸ PlotOne User Guide on a Mac, or the More menu ▸ User Guide on an iPad. It covers importing data, every kind of layer, polar and stacked-slice panels, multi-panel figures and export.

PlotOne runs entirely on your own device. It reads the data and project files you explicitly open, and writes the images and project files you explicitly export or save. It has no account, no sign-in, no network access at all, and no analytics or telemetry of any kind. Nothing you plot leaves your machine, and the developer receives no information about you or your work.
The app is sandboxed. It can reach a file only after you have chosen it in an Open or Save panel, or in the Files app on an iPad; “Reload Data” remembers that permission through a security-scoped bookmark so it can re-read the same file in a later session, and nothing else.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and the receipt; the developer never sees your payment information. The app performs no licence check and contacts no server.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you bought it with. Either way, an email describing what went wrong is what gets it fixed.
PlotOne draws what you give it. It performs no independent scientific, engineering or statistical calculation and does not check your data. You remain responsible for the correctness of what is plotted and for any conclusion drawn from it. It should not be the sole basis for safety-critical, flight-critical or other high-consequence engineering decisions.
