TexOne is a LaTeX editor for Mac and iPad that runs entirely on your device. Write on the left, see the typeset page on the right; the engine runs inside the app — no network, no queue, no server. It can also convert a Word manuscript into a compilable LaTeX project laid out on a journal template.
Write to softwareone.support@gmail.com, and say which platform you are on. If a document fails to typeset, the engine's log — shown beside the preview — contains the line that stopped it; pasting the last screenful of that log is the fastest way to an answer.
Reports that the output is wrong are taken seriously and checked, not argued with.
Refunds are Apple’s to give, because Apple is who you bought from. We cannot issue one — we never receive the payment and are not told who paid it. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple decides the request under its own terms.
The application collects nothing and makes no network requests. The full statement is on the privacy policy page.
