Privacy

ThermalOne collects no data.

It contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifier and no third-party SDK. It makes no network requests of any kind — there is no network code in it to make one. Nothing you type into it, and nothing it computes, is transmitted anywhere.

What is stored, and where

Your own preferences are written to your operating system’s ordinary settings store (UserDefaults), inside the application’s own sandbox container. That is the only thing the app writes anywhere. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Removing the app removes its local container.

Buying

The application is sold through the App Store. Apple is the seller: it takes the payment and holds the receipt, under Apple’s privacy policy and not this one. We receive no personal information from that transaction at all — not your name, not your email address, not your country. We do not know who has bought a copy, and there is nothing for us to sell or share.

If you write to us for support we will have whatever you put in that message, and we use it only to answer you.
